I spent an afternoon and evening with Laura and Bryan starting at Wellesley College - where Laura went to school and Bryan proposed to her during one of her a cappella concerts - and ending in Boston by the BSO - where Laura works. Good times all around
I didn't go to an all girls college, so I can't imagine what courting must have been like for Bryan, but these two are really something else. Spend some time with them. You'll see. Such fascinating stories to tell... such beautiful people.

Katy and Robbie are high school sweethearts. Now they are all married. That is awesome. One of my high school sweethearts now dates other ladies.
It was such a wonderful treat to spend some time with them in Arlington, VT [on my drive there, I stopped at every little stream I could find and went swimming. ilovermont.] One of my favorite parts of the celebration was watching them get lost in each other's arms out on the dance floor. Beautiful. There are times when what surrounds us becomes what is inside us - our love emanates outward and then seeps back in. We feed off the love we share and give to others.

Beautiful :e: love the intimate feel of the wedding! The shot of the dad peeking in at his daughter is priceless...
(09.04.09 @ 11:07 AM)Eric, the image of the wedding ceremony with the sun beams on the couple is beautiful. It looks as if divine intervention took place. Love the picture of the dad with the little flower girl. I can picture them talking about the bride and her dreaming of her won wedding when she grows up.
(09.04.09 @ 11:50 AM)Eric - just for the record, I was the "Officiant" at the wedding, aka, one of the lucky uncles, aka father of the flower girl. After having viewed all 700+ of the photos, I have to say these were far and away the most powerful wedding images I've ever seen. Never before have I been given reason to think "Hey, wedding photography looks like it could be fun!" And I've been the photographer at weddings before, too :-) Keep up the great work, and thanks so much for your invaluable visual contributions to our family.
(09.04.09 @ 12:10 PM)Lovely work once again, my friend! I want to shoot pictures and capture moments as beautifully as you do when I grow up.
(09.11.09 @ 12:28 PM)So beautiful. I LOVE the images. And I must admit, I laughed out loud at "One of my high school sweethearts now dates other ladies." Good work. Good writing. Congratulations Katy + Robbie!
